About the Job
The Nurse Assistant at Teklehaimanot General Hospital plays a crucial role in providing essential support to nursing staff and ensuring high-quality patient care. This full-time position requires working in an office environment in Addis Ababa. The Nurse Assistant will assist with daily patient activities, monitor patient conditions, and maintain a safe and clean environment. Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Support nursing staff in executing care plans and medical procedures.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
Assist with mobility and transportation of patients within the facility.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Participate in training and development programs as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
