Production Intern (12 Month Paid Internship)

Job Description

What you will do:

Observe production processes, collect data, and help identify bottlenecks or losses.
Support daily production routines with Team Leads, Maintenance Leads, and Process Leads.
Assist in monitoring process parameters, documenting abnormalities, and updating logs.
Support IWS‑related activities such as defect handling, time studies, standard work reviews, and daily management routines.
Participate in basic root‑cause analysis discussions and improvement initiatives.
Help prepare simple reports, charts, and Power BI dashboards to support improvement projects.
Assist with centerline checks, changeover preparation, and basic routine documentation.
Ensure safety compliance by following all EHS guidelines on the shop floor.
