Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
4+ years of sales and marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisor role.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Proven experience on social media sales and marketing.
Experience selling both high-value technical products and consumer goods.
Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and maintain client relationships at all levels.
Experience with CRM systems (Notion, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Amharic is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the renewable energy or sustainable products sector.
Knowledge of the Ethiopian market and business culture.
Understanding of technical aspects of power systems and energy-efficient appliances.
Experience with different sales channels (direct, B2B, retail, etc.).
MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
Experience with international clients or partnerships.
