About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Marketing Manager to join our growing team at Edu Tech ICT Solution PLC. The ideal candidate is a creative strategist with solid digital marketing experience and the ability to communicate clearly with both young and adult audiences. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can lead a team to execute impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Formulate and implement a marketing strategy to promote Edu Tech products and services.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and direction to achieve targets.
Prepare or oversee marketing materials and content, ensuring quality and relevance.
Coordinate with internal teams to effectively execute marketing strategies across all channels.
Track and analyze marketing progress, preparing detailed reports for the management team.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in digital marketing or a related area.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, etc.).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain ideas clearly to both youth and adults.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-moving environment.
Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
