The Enrollment Officer is responsible for facilitating the registration and enrollment of citizens into the National ID system. This role involves collecting, verifying, and processing personal data, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining compliance with national identity regulations. The officer serves as a key point of contact for citizens during the registration process and supports the integrity and security of the National ID database.
The Junior Enrollment Officer assists in registering citizens for the National ID system, supporting the enrollment process, collecting personal and biometric data, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information under the supervision of senior staff and The Technical Expert is responsible for managing the technical infrastructure of the National ID enrollment system, ensuring the proper functioning of biometric devices, software, and databases, and providing technical support to enrollment officers with Install, configure, and maintain enrollment and biometric equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues during enrollment operations.
Ensure proper data security and backup procedures are followed.
Support enrollment officers in technical processes and training on equipment usage.
